Edremit Dry Saddle Black Olives
The large sizes of Edremit olives, which are carefully collected from our gardens in November-December, are selected, washed and filtered.
After the calibration processes are completed, it is salted in saddles or sacks and left for 60 days.
Since olive bitter water flows out, it does not contain water.
After it reaches the ingestion stage, it is removed from the salt, washed with water and left to dry. The dried olives are oiled and offered for sale. Our olives are naturally black, as they are picked after darkening on the branch; It does not contain any preservatives or additives.

After opening the package, it should be stored in the cold. Once a week, the packaging should be turned upside down and the oil in it should be contacted with all olives.
Due to the natural characteristics of our olives, when the package is opened, the olives may turn out to be black and brown. Since no chemicals are used in the production of our products, they have a brown and unique fruity bitterness.
